I'm a great believer that looking our best begins with how we feel inside; in today's busy world, many of us are living with low level daily stress and over time it can become etched into our faces, making us appear tired and older than we actually are. Gua Sha has become a popular treatment for softening the signs of ageing, sculpting facial contours and enhancing skin health, yet it is much more than that.

Harnessing the wisdom of the 5 elements, I craft personalised rejuvenating rituals that connect deeply with emotional and physical imbalances such as anxiety, grief and tension, supporting the immune system. You are invited to drop into the ‘rest and repair’ state of the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body and mind to fully relax; it is only when we are in this state of being that essential internal maintenance can take place.

This fully immersive sensory experience begins with a hot towel cleanse incorporating Prologic skincare and concludes with a full 20 minute session under our Dermalux LED light therapy device, promoting skin rejuvenation at a cellular level and elevating the mood.
