The Skin Wytch Academy

As a certified Face Yoga Method teacher, my aim is to empower you to take charge of your own face, creating a firmer, more sculpted appearance, with fewer wrinkles and a renewed confidence!


You can exercise your face in the same way you would your body, although facial muscles are different in that they insert into the skin (it's how we can make intricate expressions).


Therefore it stands to reason that by restoring the tone of the muscles, the overying skin is lifted the along with it!

That said, not ALL muscles of the face need toning up - many are overused already and are in need of releasing of tension.

That is why I also teach release techniques and massage in my face workout sessions, it's all about creating balance.


I think I can safely say that most of us wish to maintain a youthful and vibrant appearance for as long as possible - Perhaps the key to this is what's happening on the inside - when we FEEL good, we look good too and I can guarantee you will feel amazing after participating in one of my sessions!
