In Traditional Chinese Medicine, skin health is a direct reflection of what’s happening inside your body. When your organs are functioning optimally, your vital life energy flows freely and your mind and spirit are balanced, it shows in your face.
When the roots are neglected, the leaves tell the story: dull skin, fine lines, puffiness, congestion, reactivity and uneven tone, signs that your skin is asking for deeper support.

Jing, Qi and Shen are the fundamental energies that maintain human life in ancient Daoist philosophy and the three stages of this treatment.
Essence — Rejuvenation & Pro-Ageing
Jing is the basis of growth, development and reproduction. This stage naturally stimulates meridian points connected to various organs to strengthen your Jing.
After a Prologic skincare cleanse and enzyme treatment, fine acupuncture needles are inserted into specific facial points and along fine lines. You relax under Dermalux LED for 20 minutes. On removal of the needles, a Gua Sha facial massage with premium jade tools and Prologic oil supports collagen and elastin production, releases natural ions and purifies the blood.
Energy — Organ Health & Elimination of Toxins
Qi is the vital energy of the body, the source of all movement. The abdominal area is the engine of the digestive system, and this stage works to enhance your Qi by connecting with the root of that system.
A premium jade bell massager is used to apply specialised acupressure massage focused on the organs, helping to disperse blocked energy and toxic waste and restore internal balance.
Spirit — Mind Balance & Inner Stillness
Shen is spirit, mind and consciousness, responsible for emotional life and our sense of presence. The treatment concludes with Auricular Therapy.
Tourmaline crystal pellets are applied to the Shen Men point on each ear, one of the most significant points in TCM, associated with calming the mind, reducing anxiety and restoring inner stillness. This brings mind, body and spirit into alignment.

Does an acupuncture facial hurt?
Most clients are surprised by how comfortable they feel. The needles used are extremely fine, far thinner than those used in medical settings. The sensation is typically described as a mild tingling or gentle pressure, minimal and short-lived. Most clients find the experience deeply relaxing and leave feeling calm and restored.
Will I see results after one session?
The deeper benefits, including collagen stimulation and lasting skin renewal, build progressively and won’t be achieved in a single session. Regular treatments are where the real results come from. Your skin consultation will help you plan a schedule that works for your skin.
What is auricular therapy and what does the Shen Men point do?
Auricular therapy applies pressure to specific points on the ear to influence the health and balance of the wider body. In TCM, the ear is a map of the body, each point corresponds to a different organ, function or energetic state. The Shen Men point is associated with calming the mind, reducing anxiety and restoring inner stillness, the final stage of the Three Treasures Facial.
