Sarah, is a wonderful Teacher she explains everything clearly and is always there to support and encourage you in all aspects of her face Yoga course. She also puts up pictures and diagrams of all the muscles etc of the face and neck and also works on the benefits of working with the breathing along side all aspects of her face yoga session.
